You know what’s better than getting the schedule you want? Getting to work your shifts with people you actually like.
If you’re looking to view the entire schedule in HotSchedules to see who you are working with, you’ve come to right place! Here’s a quick guide.
1. Hover your mouse over the “View Schedules” link
2. Click on the schedule you would like to see
3. The schedule will pop up in a new window
Some tips:
1. Make sure your popup blocker does not stop the new window
2. You can only view schedules that have been posted
3. Clear your cache!
Not able to see who else is working? This might be intentional.
For one thing, some managers choose to turn off the functionality.
It may also depend on how your manager creates and posts the schedules. If you’re not on a particular schedule at your location, you may not be able to see who is working even if its the same day. It’s an intended functionality.
For example, someone who is only a server and only on the server schedule, will not be able to view the kitchen schedule. But if you need to be able to see another job code’s schedule, then you’ll need to talk to your manager about adding you to that schedule, which they can do from the STAFF Tab.
